Are there any limits on Transactions?

From Canada to Iran, there is no limit.

There are no limits to transactions and we will support you and guide you throw this process.

What do I need to make an account?

To create an active account you must submit two pieces of government identification.

Primary ID

This must be a government-issued coloured photo identification.

Examples of this include:

Canadian Passport
Driver’s License
Certificate of Canadian Citizenship
Permanent Resident Card

Secondary ID

An original PDF downloaded file (screenshots/photos not accepted) of one of the following:

Hydro bills
Bank statement
Utility Bills
Phone Bill

NOTE: It is at discretion of Lumen Compliance department to ask for further documents if needed.

Why do I need to submit my identification to make a transaction?
